I have been unmotivated. I have not wanted to run. Even with the race a month away I am struggling to stay focused. I don’t know if it’s because of the other issues going on or if it’s because I’m afraid of not finishing in a certain time.

Though I was reminded of a promise I made to my family. No golfing until I finish the marathon. I must finish in a timely manner. I must be able to play golf!

I think for my next marathon I’m going to use the team in training. See if it helps with the motivation and with the training.
