There are two months until the Columbus Marathon. Here is my training schedule for the week.

• Monday AM - 4 Miles - Easy Run
• Monday PM - Weight Work Out
• Tuesday PM - 7.5 Miles - Easy Run
• Wednesday AM - 3 Miles - Hard Run(hills)
• Wednesday PM - Swim - 30 Minutes
• Thursday AM - Weight Work Out
• Friday AM - 3 Miles - Medium Run
• Saturday AM - 13 Miles - Medium Run
• Sunday - Rest

This week I’m also working on Fundraising.  I’m sending out letters to companies to find out about sponsorship for the training program.  I will be talking to a couple of restaurants to host a happy hour as well.  My group’s happy hour alone can pull in $500.00 if advertised right.  I’ll keep everyone informed.
